Welcome home! You're invited to my beautiful mountain home on the golf course, nestled in Arizona's cool mountain town, Payson! The home is a beautifully-appointed, fully-furnished 1-story ranch with south-facing deck and outdoor barbeques. Secluded down a private, tree-lined driveway at the edge of Country Club Estates, it's a quiet place. Free of traffic noise, you can hear the sounds of hummingbirds and wildlife... and golfers out on the fairway! Payson Golf Course is open year-round, with 2 more golf clubs (Chaparral and Rim) on the east side of town.

Payson's weather is absolutely unbeatable! Comfortable dry climate, with warm days and cool nights (NOT like Phoenix!) 89°/59° summer... 56°/26° winter. "Hazy-hot-n-humid" doesn't exist here, and there are no relentless winters. Deep blue skies... 286 annual days of sunshine... and dark, starry nights. Due to Payson's strict light pollution controls, you can enjoy the nighttime Milky Way right from the deck!

About Payson

Situated at 5000' elevation in the middle of the Tonto National Forest, Payson is at a crossroads in the centre of Arizona. Beautiful scenic roads lead in from all directions, with the Mazatzal Mountains to the southwest and famous Mogollon Rim to the north. Phoenix & Flagstaff are conveniently close, with countless spectacular areas of the southwestern U.S. within a half-day's drive. Private pilots can fly right in to Payson Airport's 5500' runway and enjoy a great breakfast at Crosswinds!
